The owners of this 1960's 3 bedroom home along Robinson Pond in Upstate NY wanted to create a formal entry addition on the upper level of their home while reconfiguring the upper floor to have a formal, centralized hallway with access to the lower living level. The upper level also has a den with access to an existing, remodeled sunroom and access to the newly configured main bedroom facing the pond. The lower level features a new laundry area and kitchenette with access to the lower level patio. New radiant heat flooring and finishes are throughout the upper and lower levels. The exterior has new, painted cedar siding, new facias, new roof, and Marvin windows & doors.
