Locked into a previously approved footprint, these townhouses respond to current climate and sustainability needs while maintaining a traditional sense by achieving LEED certification, a priority for the builder. There are two distinct layouts based on the topography of the site, uphill townhomes, grading upward toward the rear, and downhill towmhomes, grading downward toward the rear. The townhouse community received LEED certification in 2008.
